1:1 INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

One-to-one therapy with Dr. Hannah is a bespoke approach drawing on evidence-based theories to support you in the best way possible. Dr. Hannah is experienced and trained in various therapeutic skills and approaches, such as Emotion focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered and psychodynamic.

Some therapy may be exploratory in nature, helping you make sense of a particularly difficult time in your life and allowing you to better understand and counter the challenges you face. You do not have to figure it all out alone.

ONLINE THERAPY

The online therapeutic intervention has been found to be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many issues. For individuals who are often on the move and unable to attend weekly sessions face to face, online offers more flexibility and provides more consistent support. A mixture of the online and face-to-face sessions is also an option.

ADHD THERAPY & COACHING COURSE 12 WEEKS

This course is a bespoke and tailored therapeutic course specifically for individuals wanting to learn more about ADHD and how it may be affecting their lives. ADHD plays out differently for everybody. we don’t operate with a ‘one size fits all’ mentality while working together. We will discover your individual challenges and aim to increase emotional tolerance and self-awareness that will support you on your road to change.

SPORT AND TRANSITION PROGRAMME

This 1:1 program is specifically for individuals within and transitioning from sports. A collaborative, bespoke approach allows for individualised care for sportspeople and their families.

Confidentiality is at the forefront and evidence-based delivery allows for effective psychological support and mindset coaching that will provide a platform for the individual to thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically.
