ADHD Counselling Psychologist
If you have landed on my website, first of all, well done for being here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I don’t take that lightly. My job is to make sure you feel safe, seen, and fully supported as we explore what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels right.
I’m a Doctor of Counselling Psychology and also hold a Master’s in Health Psychology. Over the years I’ve trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, which means I don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. I tailor our work to you, your needs, your story, your goals, so you get an approach that feels authentic and genuinely helpful.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating things like anxiety, ADHD, low mood, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and childhood trauma. From our first conversation, my focus is to help you feel at ease, never judged, and always confidentially held.
I’ve also been the person sitting in the client chair. I know how powerful therapy can be, and how real the process is. That’s why I care deeply about the therapeutic relationship. You’ll get my honesty, kindness, and respect. Always.
If you’re curious about working together, let’s talk.
